Heat Pumps
Heat pumps provide exceptional cooling during the summer and efficient heating in the winter, particularly in the southern regions where extended cold spells are rare. They operate effectively even at temperatures as low as 20 degrees Fahrenheit, and they utilize backup electric heat when necessary to enhance heating performance.
The operation of heat pumps involves reversing the flow of refrigerant. Instead of adding cool air to your home, they effectively remove heat from the interior and transfer it outside using the refrigerant.
In heating mode, a heat pump extracts heat from the outdoor air—even at 20 degrees—and brings it inside to warm your living space.
I personally have a heat pump in my home, and I appreciate how the air from the registers is around 95 degrees, while still maintaining comfortable humidity levels.
Every heat pump we install is backed by:
- 10-Year Parts Warranty
